We are looking for an Workshop Manager (M/F) to supervise a team of 30 technicians specializing in the maintenance of industrial equipment, particularly pumps and motors.

Mobilization until mid-July 2025, with the possibility of a 24-month extension.

• Plan and supervise maintenance operations.

• Ensure the supply of spare parts and supplies.

• Ensure compliance and safety of interventions.

• Communicate and use performance indicators.

• Maintain a technical relationship with customers.

• Establish dashboards and reports on equipment status and workshop productivity.
