Acoustics & Vibrations Project Engineer – Belgium – 6 Months
Description :
DCAI is currently looking for a Project Engineer – Acoustics & Vibrations to support major engineering and infrastructure projects in Belgium and internationally. You will join a specialised engineering team involved in environmental acoustics, building acoustics and structural dynamics projects across infrastructure, industrial and nuclear sectors.

Perform noise and vibration measurements on various engineering projects

Analyse measurement data and prepare technical reports in accordance with standards and regulations

Conduct modelling and simulation studies related to noise propagation and vibration impacts

Participate in acoustic and vibration studies for buildings, infrastructure and industrial facilities

Coordinate technical activities with clients, engineering teams and project stakeholders
-
Support project execution regarding quality, planning and technical deliverables
-
Propose technical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement activities

Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
Profile :
-
Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of experience in acoustics and vibration engineering projects

Experience in infrastructure, environmental, industrial or building projects
-
Strong technical analysis and reporting skills

Experience with acoustic/vibration simulation and measurement tools

Good understanding of engineering project coordination

Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent French and Dutch are mandatory

Good command of English
