Nuclear Project Manager – France (69 or 37) – 12 Months
Description :
DCAI is currently recruiting a Nuclear Project Manager to support a major Small Modular Reactor programme in Lyon. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage the delivery of a strategic nuclear project covering engineering, procurement, project controls and client interfaces.

Coordinate the local multidisciplinary teams assigned to the SMR project;

Manage the overall project scope, including budget, schedule, quality and risks;

Oversee the daily execution of engineering and project activities;

Define the scope of work, deliverables, schedules and associated budgets with technical experts;

Manage contractual and commercial interfaces with the client and potential partners;

Identify project deviations and coordinate the necessary corrective actions;

Organise and lead progress meetings with the client;

Ensure the timely delivery of administrative and contractual activities;

Prepare project reports, monitor KPIs and escalate critical issues;

Ensure compliance with applicable procedures, quality requirements and nuclear-sector standards;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project execution and client satisfaction.
Profile :

Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification;

At least three years of professional experience in the nuclear sector;

Demonstrated experience in project management within engineering, energy or complex industrial environments;

Previous experience involving nuclear power plants is strongly preferred;

Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple technical interfaces;

Strong knowledge of project planning, budget control, risk management and contract execution;

Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills;

Professional proficiency in English;
-
Ability to work full-time in Lyon and travel occasionally to Tours, Paris and Brussels.
