General Layout Designer – France (37) – 6 Months
Description :
DCAI is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Design / General Layout Designer to support a major international engineering company on complex industrial projects in France.
-
Produce technical studies for medium-complexity industrial projects
-
Develop 2D drawings, layouts, schematics and 3D models
-
Contribute to technical design decisions with engineers and project managers
-
Ensure the quality and compliance of technical deliverables
-
Support technical optimisation and equipment/layout integration
-
Coordinate and supervise junior designers when required
Profile :
-
8 to 15 years of experience in plant design, general layout or industrial installation design
-
Proven experience in complex industrial environments such as energy, nuclear, oil and gas, chemicals or heavy industry
-
Strong proficiency in AVEVA E3D and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D
-
Good command of AutoCAD and MicroStation
-
Revit experience would be an advantage
-
Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary engineering teams

Professional English; French would be a strong advantage
