As part of a major industrial project in Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced works supervisor (F/M) to manage all civil engineering, underground infrastructure and structural steel work, in compliance with international quality and safety standards.

The project involves integrating a new ASU (Air Separation Unit) into an existing site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Validating safety analyses (JSA) and execution methods for GC and metal structure work.

• Supervising work on foundations, underground networks, roads, paving and building erection.

• Ensuring that the work complies with the plans, quality standards (international standards) and contractual requirements.

• Anticipate upcoming stages by analysing plans and coordinating with project teams.

• Managing weekly meetings with subcontractors and drawing up minutes.

• Monitor the progress of work, report discrepancies and implement corrective plans.

• Carrying out or coordinating on-site quality and safety inspections.

• Supervising the compilation of DOEs and "As Built" plans.

• Participating in safety and technical briefings (2 to 3 per week).

• Providing daily feedback to the project manager via activity reports.

• Occasional travel in France (Île-de-France)
