Indirect Purchasing Interim Manager – Belgium – 3 Months
Description :
As part of the management of indirect purchasing on a Corporate and shared services basis, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to ensure the operational and strategic management of several indirect purchasing categories. The assignment will take place in a multicultural and international environment. Main responsibilities:

Define the purchasing strategy for each category concerned.

Actively monitoring markets and benchmarks to anticipate changes.

Set up and monitor framework agreements (including annual rebates).

Selecting and optimising a panel of efficient and diversified suppliers.
-
Manage external indirect expenditure (around €120m, 50% of which can be addressed).

Implementing regular reporting using appropriate KPIs.
-
Contributing to the development of purchasing policies (travel policy, etc.).

Monitor relations with the Travel Management Company and the network of travel bookers.

Participate in the Group Purchasing Committee.

Profile :
Technical skills required:
-
Higher education or equivalent experience in purchasing.

Minimum 10 years' experience in indirect purchasing in an international context.

Very good command of professional English.
-
Knowledge of the travel industry appreciated.
