EcoDesign Engineer – France (93) – 6 Months

Description :
For a major infrastructure project in France, we are seeking an engineer to support eco-design studies and the management of excavated materials.
  • Manage bids and engineering studies related to eco-design and materials management
  • Conduct eco-design studies covering circular economy, reuse, recovery and recycling
  • Manage excavated materials and identify suitable recovery or disposal solutions
  • Perform Life Cycle Assessments, including material selection
  • Contribute to greenhouse gas assessments and carbon footprint calculations
  • Monitor technical and regulatory developments
  • Coordinate studies and manage the associated technical documentation
  • Support projects involving infrastructure, urban development and buildings
  • Address issues related to contaminated sites and soils
Profile :
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in eco-design or excavated materials management
  • Experience in infrastructure, urban development or building projects
  • Knowledge of material reuse, recycling, circular economy and contaminated soils
  • Proficiency with Life Cycle Assessment tools, GIS software and carbon assessment tools
  • Good understanding of French environmental regulations
  • Strong coordination, reporting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and interact with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Professional proficiency in French
  • Valid driving licence
