IT Support Officer – Belgium – 9 Months
Description :
We are looking for an experienced profile to provide level 1 and 2 support, manage hardware deployment, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of services.

Provide level 1 and 2 IT support in response to technical incidents and user requests.

Resolve as many incidents as possible on first contact (by telephone or in person).

Take charge of IT tickets: encoding, follow-up, resolution.

Managing the deployment of workstations (image, software, hardware).
-
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting peripherals and office automation tools.
-
Participating in the development and implementation of technical procedures.
-
Contribute to managing the life cycle of IT components.

Keeping abreast of technological developments and making proposals for improvements.
Profile :
-
Technical training in IT or equivalent.
-
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or multi-site context.

Systems: Windows 10 / 11, Office 2019 / 2021 / 365.

Services: Exchange (On-Premise & Online), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.

Networks: basic notions of routers/switches, WAN, multi-site management.

Infrastructure: Active Directory, Azure AD, PC hardware & peripherals.

Appreciated tools: Windows Server, SCCM, ITIL (knowledge appreciated).

Team spirit, rigour, pragmatism.

Autonomy, adaptability, sense of priorities.

Willing to travel occasionally (10%).
