Nuclear Civil Structural Engineer – France ( 37) – 6 Months
Description :
We are supporting a leading international engineering company in the delivery of civil engineering detailing activities for EPR2 nuclear projects.
The role is part of the design detailing phase, focusing on the production of high-quality 3D models for reinforcement, formwork and structural execution.
- Produce and review reinforcement detailing drawings in compliance with design standards and best practices
- Participate in technical coordination with:
- Design teams
- Client representatives
- Construction teams (DLT)
- Contribute to collaborative reviews of:
- Detailing Briefing Packs
- Detail Method Statements (DMS)
- Produce and validate:
- Civil BIM models (CBM)
- Construct Parts 3D Models (CPM)
- Civil Detail Models (CDM)
- Ensure consistency between models and execution requirements
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 3D modellers and civil engineers (remote)
- Ensure constructability and compliance of detailing outputs
Profile :
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering and detailing
- Strong experience in:
- reinforced concrete structures
- detailing and execution design phases
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with:
- BIM processes
- detailing coordination workflows
- Experience managing or supervising technical teams is a plus
