For one of our clients, we are looking for a Subcontracting Project Buyer for a minimum of 6 months in France (93). Within the customer Purchasing Department, the subcontracting division needs a project purchasing service to meet the various needs in France. The services consist of :

• Handling procurement of projects and services including follow up of the contract in their technical, legal and administrative aspects ;
• Drafting contracts / clauses ;
• Performing Ethic checks (Due Diligences via LexisNexis for example) ;
• Preparing the sourcing strategies for each contract of a project incooperation with the project team ;
• Establishing supplier selection criteria, lead competitive process, negotiating and driving final supplier selections in partnership with Engineering and Project Management ;
• Conducting clarification with tenderers, tenders evaluation according to the sourcing strategy and establish a shortlist of tenderers selected for negotiation in cooperation with the project team ;
• Conducting Commercial negotiation with tenderers in cooperation with the project team and provide contract award recommendation ;
• Experience in contract and claim management. Manage Claim, Warranties, Performance Bonds, Variation Orders ;
• Validate PREQ in TEMIS (SAP): P2P know-how ;
